About
Workplace Wrongdoing Reporting Service
This portal enables you to make a report about suspected or known workplace wrongdoing, unethical or improper conduct, fraud and/or corruption that involves CSV employees, executive officers, volunteers, contractors, or consultants undertaking work for, or on behalf of CSV.
Workplace wrongdoing is improper conduct that may be unethical, dishonest, or illegal and is inconsistent with the VPS Code of Conduct and public expectation of the CSV workforce. Improper conduct can include corruption, serious professional misconduct, dishonest performance of public functions and misuse of information.
Court Services Victoria (CSV) is committed to fostering a culture of professionalism and ethical standards by embedding mechanisms for preventing, detecting, and responding to wrongdoing, fraud and corruption. Reporting is a significant part of the ‘detection’ mechanisms under the Integrity Framework.
This reporting service is provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to CSV and is one of the options available to CSV employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report any issue or concern in relation to suspected or known workplace wrongdoing, fraud and/or corruption.
Stopline is a confidential, independent provider of reporting services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or via the online report form on this website and provide them to CSV. If appropriate, the report may be escalated to the Manager, Workplace Relations at CSV for review, investigation, and response.
You are able to make an anonymous, confidential report if you choose. It is however important to provide as much relevant information as possible, so that your report can be effectively assessed and acted upon.
Depending on the circumstances, CSV’s options in response to a report include:
- No action
- Referral to jurisdiction to resolve the issue
- Preliminary or informal investigation to establish better particulars
- Full or formal investigation
- Referral to IBAC or Victoria Police
